Racetorations Aluminium Distributor Blank for Electronic Injection Engines, Carb Cars – TR5-6

When fitting electronically controlled fuel injection the ignition is controlled by the ECU and coil pack thus removing the need for a conventional distributor. Despite being no longer required it cannot be simply removed without fitting a blanking plug to seal the engine. This alloy blanking plate is the solution & comes fitted with a sealing ring. Designed for use on the 6 cylinder engines that were originally fitted with carburettors, simply remove the distributor leaving behind the cast location piece for the blanking plug to secure to.

Note: If the engine is no longer fitted with the distributor locating piece (Pictured) you will require ELC112 instead.
