Timing cover oil seal sleeve suitable for Triumph TR5, TR250 & TR6, GT6, Vitesse, 2000, 2500 and 2.5Pi engines. Direct replacement for original item. Over time the seal face of the sleeve wears resulting in oil passing through the gap. Also check your sleeve for any sign of pitting as this will cause the same issue. i
Fitting Tip: Attach the Timing Cover with Oil Seal first, then lightly lubricate Sleeve with engine oil and slide through the Oil Seal on to the Crank, to ensure the Oil Seal is not damaged or inverted during fitment. Be careful to line up the slot in the Sleeve with the crank shaft woodruff key.
