Complete competition "Dog" engagement gearbox suitable for Dolomite Sprint. Supplied as a direct replacement for the original gearbox as it uses the standard casing which is required in exchange. The gearbox contains an entirely new gear set designed & manufactured by the world leaders Quaife Engineering. This "Dog" engagement kit consists of bespoke mainshaft, laygear, input shaft & mainshaft gears. The straight cut gears allow for faster gear changes crucial in racing also less friction is generated reduced drivetrain losses. The gearbox is supplied complete and ready to be fitted. Supplied with a 23 X 1" input spline configuration. Also a variation of first gear is available to give a long or shorter version to suit standing or rolling race start.
