Racetorations Quaife Competition “Dog” Gearbox – TR2-6

Complete competition "Dog" engagement gearbox suitable for TR2-6. Supplied as a direct replacement for the original gearbox as it uses the standard casing which is required in exchange. The gearbox contains an entirely new gear set designed & manufactured by the world leaders Quaife Engineering. This "Dog" engagement kit consists of bespoke mainshaft, laygear, input shaft & mainshaft gears. The straight cut gears allow for faster gear changes crucial in racing also less friction is generated reduced drivetrain losses. The gearbox is supplied complete and ready to be fitted. Supplied with a 23 X 1" input spline configuration. See BEN203 for suitable clutch. Also a variation of first gear is available to give a long or shorter version to suit standing or rolling race start. For delivery options see GER007.

A suitable exchange empty gearbox casing & complete top cover assembly is required, it must be the later thick flange version. If no exchange is supplied a surcharge is required to be paid.
