Stabilized Trackday Hub Kit Trackday and fast road alloy front hub with standard offset. Includes increased diameter stub axle to reduce or eliminate disc pad knock back (long brake pedal). Also outer loaded bearing is larger diameter to cope with additional loadings as a result of wider wheels, wider track or extra front end grip as a result of tyre or suspension modifications.

These all new items with alloy bearing housing are to be used in conjunction with uprated driveshafts for maximum safety and reliability, essential equipment for competition work of any kind. Differential Stability Cups for main rear mountings for TR4A,250,5 & 6. These are accurately machined alloy cups to be used with the standard rear differential mountings. They replace the large heavy duty washer. Intended for race & fast road applications these cups are designed to almost cover the existing rubber bushes and obviate any lateral movement whilst allowing a degree of free suspension for road noise insulation.

Rear Differential Bush bonded polymer with stainless inserts for TR4A,250,5 & 6. Much improved mounting for fast road use and straight replacement for the original bush. Large flat washers should be retained and re-used. N.B. These are not as stable as using diff cups (AXL203) with original bushes.

Alloy finned differential cover for TR4A,250,5 & 6. Additional cooling fins help cool oil especially in all limited slip differential applications where temperature induced by the slipping clutches or gear adjustment. Heat is absorbed by the oil with limited capacity as there is such a small amount of oil. The internal design round the crown wheel collects the centrifugally thrown oil from the spinning crown wheel and feeds it back directly and over a wider area than the oil sump in the bottom of the differential housing. Bolt on direct replacement for existing item.

Rear Differential Bush for TR4A,250,5 & 6. This is a substantial and strong bush and perfectly adequate for normal road application. Used in conjunction with ‘differential cups’ (AXL203) for all race applications and an option for fast road cars.

Differential Mounting Bush Kit in bonded polymer for TR4A,250,5 & 6. Provided the chassis differential pins (4) are secure, changing the differential bushes to polymer will clamp the differential onto the chassis more securely and will not be prone to attack and deterioration by oil. There are two grades of material, up rated blue for all fast road and red for race. Blue will be supplied unless you specify otherwise. AXL207 Installation

Quaife Limited Slip Differential. TR3-6. This is a gear controlled limited slip using normal EP 90 diff. oil or equivalent. It will prevent rear wheel slip as a result of reduced traction and improve acceleration and cornering in most conditions but not when a wheel is completely off the ground. Suitable for all fast road and rally but for racing a clutch(plate) controlled diff. would be more appropriate.

Trailing Arm Conversion for TR4A-6. An efficient combination of sealed ball bearings and stainless steel spigots that utilize the existing pickups and trailing arm bolts. This modification is recommended for race use only and is a major step forward in the road holding and stability on all IRS cars. The ride for road use is firm but not unpleasant. The nearest to live axle performance yet achieved by us. Return your trailing arms and the conversion is done by us and set up to your trailing arms. Provision for lubrication provided. Trailing Arm Bush Kit in polymer for TR4A,250,5 & 6. A significant improvement from the original soft rubber bushes. This set comes with stainless steel inner sleeves and is a straight push in replacement for the existing bushes. The traditional ‘wayward back end’ feeling is much reduced by using this polymer bush set.

Alloy & Telescopic Rear IRS Kit for TR4A to TR6. A lightweight bolt-on kit comprising brackets and adjustable shock absorbers that requires no drilling of the bodywork. Picks up from the original shock absorber mountings and maintains a chassis based location. Can be fitted within an hour without special tools. The best all round option yet provided. A significant improvement in road holding and rear end stability.

Fully adjustable TR2-6 top wishbones.Kit includes, rose jointed top wishbone arms, fixing bolts, new top fulchrum pins gold anodised, s/steel spacers, top ball joints. TR2/3 will have to convert to 3 degree trunnions which can be supplied but are not included in the price/kit. Watts Linkage Kit. TR2,3 & 4. Comprises alloy differential cover, central pivot on steel plate with spacers, two adjustable rose jointed link tubes, two fixing brackets to chassis. Brackets require welding in position to chassis. This kit also requires adequate clearance for the linkage pivot which is bolted to the rear of the differential. In the TR2/3 the spare wheel well may require modification and in the TR4, the front of the lower boot floor. Approx. extra clearance = 1"/25mm AXL407 Installation
